Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the website and services provided by Advanced Software Enterprises, Inc. ("ASE", "we"). By using this site or purchasing services, you agree to these terms.

Services

ASE provides enterprise architecture advisory services, including the AI Success Assessment and related engagements. All services are subject to separate written agreements (statements of work, NDAs) executed between ASE and the client.

AI Success Assessment

• The assessment fee is non-refundable once work has begun
• The assessment fee is applied as credit toward any subsequent engagement
• Delivery is within two business days of receiving required information
• The assessment constitutes professional opinion, not a guarantee of outcomes

Confidentiality

All client information shared during assessments and engagements is treated as confidential. Formal engagements are protected under executed NDAs. We do not use client names, data, or deliverables in marketing without explicit written consent.

Intellectual Property

Deliverables produced under a statement of work belong to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the agreement. ASE retains ownership of its pre-existing methodologies, frameworks, and tools.

Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All fees are in US dollars.

Limitation of Liability

ASE provides advisory services based on professional judgment. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our recommendations. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wake County, North Carolina.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above.
