A. ENTERPRISE AI RECOVERY DIAGNOSTIC ($997)

Service Description:

28-point assessment;
Root cause analysis with fix sequence;
30-minute executive briefing call.

Delivery:

Report within 48 business hours;
Call at mutual convenience.

Payment: Due upon ordering. Non-refundable once assessment submitted.

Refund: 100% if doesn't identify 3+ core issues or late delivery.

Credit: Applies to higher tiers within 30 days.

NOTE: ASE delivers key architectural decisions, not novels.
Average delivery: 3-5 critical decisions modeled with clear execution paths.

B. SPECIALIZED RECOVERY ROADMAP ($2,497)

Service Description:

Everything in $997, PLUS
Detailed technical specifications;
60-minute strategy session;
3 follow-up consultations;

Delivery: 5 business days. Strategy session within 10 days.

Payment: Due upon ordering. Non-refundable after session.

Credit: Applies to Assessment or Recovery Contract within 60 days.

C. ARCHITECTURAL ASSESSMENT ($15K-$25K)

Service Description:

Complete architectural assessment including:

2-3 week deep dive into all systems;
Executive decision package;
Technical architecture blueprints;
Vendor selection strategy;
6-9 month implementation roadmap;
ROI projections with clear metrics;
3 executive presentation sessions;
30 days follow-up support;
All necessary templates and guides;
Team enablement materials.

Note: Everything needed to fix your architecture with or without us.

Delivery: 2-3 weeks assessment, decisions within 5 days.

Payment: 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery.

Credit: 50% applies to Recovery Contract if initiated within 90 days.

D. RECOVERY CONTRACT IMPLEMENTATION ($50K-$350K+ per SoW)

Service Description:

We execute your recovery:

Full implementation team;
3-9 month engagement;
3-month increment milestones;
Hands-on architecture repair;
Weekly progress reports;
Success metrics guaranteed.

Scope: Custom SOWs based on Assessment findings only.

Payment: 40% upfront, 30% mid-milestone, 30% completion.
NET 30 available for established clients.

Prerequisites: MUST complete Architectural Assessment first.

E. MONTHLY RETAINERS (POST-RECOVERY)

Advisory: $5K-$10K/month

Ongoing architectural guidance;
Regular architecture reviews;
Vendor management oversight.

Support: $15K-$25K/month

Active implementation support;
Team augmentation with retrospectives;
Emergency response including component replacement.

F. CONFIDENTIALITY (ALL SERVICES)

NDA: Standard mutual NDA required.
Privacy: No disclosure without explicit request.
Data: Deleted after 90 days, audit trail retained by client.
Case Studies: Written consent required.

G. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Governing Law: North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Disputes: Exclusive jurisdiction in Wake County, North Carolina courts. Each party waives jury trial rights.

Modifications: Valid only if written and signed by both parties.

Liability: Limited to fees paid for specific service. No consequential damages.

Severability: Invalid provisions don't affect remaining terms.

Entire Agreement: Supersedes all prior negotiations and agreements.

Force Majeure: Neither party liable for delays beyond reasonable control.

Assignment: Not assignable without written consent.

Warranty Disclaimer: Services provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

Indemnification: Client indemnifies ASE from third-party claims arising from Client's use of deliverables.

Statute of Limitations: Claims must be brought within one year.

Attorneys' Fees: Prevailing party recovers reasonable legal costs.

H. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Client Owns: Custom deliverables created specifically for Client.

ASE Retains: Methodologies, frameworks, general know-how.

Open Source: Clearly marked, standard licenses apply.

I. SERVICE LEVELS

Emergency Support: Recovery Contract clients only.

Response Times: Next business day unless otherwise contracted.

Availability: Monday - Friday, 10AM - 4PM Eastern.
